GOSSIP GIRL - OH-M-GEE!

Get yourself on the couch, on the bed or wherever you are comfortable at and watch Gossip Girl (which will be known as GG in this blog from now on!) Season 6 Episode 3 before you proceed any further.

Episode 3 gave us 3 disappointments or what most would call, OMG Moments. OMG was created for situation like these.

VAMPIRE DIARIES - Jeremy Seeing Invisible Tattoo

In Season 4, Episode 2 of Vampire Diaries; A new vampire hunter came into town and everyone was aware of his presence except for Matt and Jeremy (logic fail, much?) The new hunter, Connor made his entrance by shooting Tyler but fret not, Tyler is still very much alive. This vampire hunter however, comes packed with a set of Vervain Gloves and that's how he detects vampires; with a simple handshake.

Well, we're not going to talk about spoilers or a long winded synopsis on episode 2. If you notice towards the end of episode 2, Jeremy commented on Connor's tattoo saying "nice tatts" and Matt was puzzled. Ah-ha! Only Jeremy could see the tattoo so what is the deal here? Is it because Jeremy could see the dead so he could see the tattoo? So, does that make Connor a ghost that just happens to show himself to everyone in town? Well, Connor is all human and Jeremy's ability to see the tattoo has no link to his sixth-sense ability whatsoever. Being able to see the tattoos, however, is a sign of a promised legacy for Jeremy. Jeremy is going on a path of his own and in upcoming episodes, Connor will offer Jeremy a mentoring role to be a vampire hunter.

Now, wait a second, isn't Elena a vampire now? And Elena is Jeremy's sister? Is Jeremy destined to be a vampire hunter? What about this promo poster showing Jeremy having the tattoo like Connor's?

POSSIBLE BUH-BYES

Putting your faith and your dedication on a new TV show is always a calculated risk for us viewers — we never know if the time we’re investing will pay off or whether the show will receive an unceremoniously yanked from the schedule. Remember how The Secret Circle was yanked off when the Season 1 ended with Blackwell's other children from the black arts started showing in Chance Harbor?

So, looks like Arrow is doing well on the network while Emily Owens, M.D., The Mob Doctor, Partners, 666 Park Avenue and Last Resort are at the highest risk of getting axed. Let's just hope Partners and 666 Park Avenue stays. You know what happened with The Secret Circle, they said it had great ratings but it was axed anyways.

HERE'S WHAT YOU MISSED ON GLEE

We know that almost EVERYONE has watched the fourth season of Glee up till episode 4 but let's just do a quick recap for those who missed out.

Rachel (Lea Michele) is off to NYADA and her first class with Cassandra July didn't really go that well by the looks of how Ms. July taunt Rachel down to her knees (sorta). We almost forgot about Finn considering Rachel has a new man around her in the form of Brody Weston (Dean Geyer). Kurt (Chris Colfer) on the other hand is working in Lima Coffee post-McKinley High until he got himself a spot in Vogue.com under Isabelle Wright (Sarah Jessica Parker) and things have been so busy to the point that Blaine (Darren Criss) cheated on Kurt with some guy named Eli C. Will we get to meet this Eli C. who called Blaine 'sexy'? Plus, how did Blaine cheated on Kurt? Did they do the deed or was it just some musical numbers that Blaine did with Eli C.?

Speaking of Glee people breaking up, Rachel and Finn (Cory Monteith) seems to have taken the break up train too. Well, Finn caught Rachel with Brody spending some alone time in Rachel's apartment on his surprise visit to surprise, well...Rachel but Finn ended up surprising himself. On with the other gay couple, Santana (Naya Rivera) sang Taylor Swift's Mine to Brittany (Heather Morris) and followed by a mini break up speech because Santana's been feeling lonely and she eye-flirted with some chick in college.

Everybody seems to be breaking up including Will (Matthew Morrison) and Emma (Jayma Mays) but the Willma boat is still hanging. So much break-up, is it possible to have good news in Glee? Well, new characters are coming in and Blake (The Glee Project 2 winner) is set to make his appearance in episode 5 but episode 5 is 4 weeks away thanks to the Presidential Debate and what not.

So many things to talk about when it comes to Glee but we won't spoil it for you because if you have yet to watch any episodes, you have 4 episodes to catch up before November and episode 10 will only be in January 2013. NOOOOOOO!

MUST WATCH: THE NEW NORMAL

From the creator of Glee and American Horror Story, comes The New Normal, a sitcom focusing on a gay couple trying to build their very own family with lots of people involved and eventually, everyone is linked to everyone.

Bryan (Andrew Rannells) and David (Justin Bartha) are a happy Los Angeles gay couple, with successful careers; Bryan is a show producer and David is a gynecologist. The only thing missing in their relationship is a baby. They meet Goldie (Georgia King), a single mother and waitress from Ohio, who has moved to L.A. with her nine-year-old daughter Shania (Bebe Wood) to escape their former life and start anew. Jane (Ellen Barkin), Goldie's conservative grandmother, follows her family to the city against her grandaughter's wishes, thus causing havoc for her granddaughter and the hopeful couple. Goldie decides to become Bryan and David's surrogate, and naturally, her family gets involved.

NeNe Leakes guest star as Bryan's assistant and how can we not love NeNe Leakes? That's the woman who shut Sue Sylvester up! Andrew Rannells' character, Bryan is loosely based on Ryan Murphy's life and word has it, there might be some resemblance to Glee as the sitcom moves on with Bryan casting for a musical production. And then we have Grandma Jane who is so racist and such a homophobes that you feel like slapping her but her sarcasm and her remarks are so witty, you just forgive me.

The show is co-written by co-creators/executive producers Ryan Murphy and Ali Adler (who writes for Glee as well).

MUST WATCH: 2 BROKE GIRLS

Set in the Williamsburg neighborhood of the New York City borough of Brooklyn, the series chronicles the lives of two waitresses in their mid twenties—Max (Kat Dennings), who comes from a poor working-class family, and Caroline (Beth Behrs), who was born rich but is now disgraced and penniless due to her father, Martin Channing, getting caught operating a Bernard Madoff-esque Ponzi scheme—working together at a Brooklyn restaurant. The two become friends and build toward their dream of one day opening a cupcake shop. Among those working with them at the restaurant are their boss, Han Lee (Matthew Moy); Oleg (Jonathan Kite), an upbeat but perverted Ukrainian cook; and Earl (Garrett Morris), a 75-year-old African-American cashier who will tell you how white you are. Also featured starting late in the first season is their neighbor and part time boss Sophie (Jennifer Coolidge), a Polish immigrant who runs the housecleaning company Sophie's Choice (which Max and Caroline mistaken for a brothel). During most of the first season Max is also a part-time nanny for the twin babies of Peach Landis (Brooke Lyons), who during the season adopts Caroline's horse Chestnut. Nick Zano guest-starred as Johnny, the bartender/street-artist/love-interest for Max in the first season. Not sure if Zano is slated to return anytime soon but he sure buffed up a whole lot.

At the end of each episode a tally shows how much they have made toward their goal of $250,000 needed to open their business. Season One ended with the girls meeting Martha Stewart and presenting their cupcakes to her in the ladies'. Season Two opens with the girls still trying to make it through the day and saving up for their cupcake business called Max's Homemade Cupcakes.

The sitcom is co-produced by Whitney Cummings, who also has a sitcom chronicling her own life titled Whitney.

MUST WATCH: PARTNERS

Partners revolve around two childhood friends, Joe (David Krumholtz) and Louis (Michael Urie, Ugly Betty) who have an extremely tight bromance going on. Both lifelong friends also owns an architecture firm. The American comedy revolves around the dramas going around these two friends and their partners (hence, the series title, Partners), Ali (Sophia Bush, One Tree Hill) and Wyatt (Brandon Routh, Superman Returns). Ali is Joe's girlfriend who has grown close to Louis and Wyatt is Louis' male nurse boyfriend.

The series takes a setting where there's 4 people in a group but 3 couples. Joe and Ali, Louis and Wyatt and Joe and Louis. Partners is a very addictive comedy with Louis being overly caring about Joe most of the time and it leads to lots of misunderstanding between Joe and Ali and then there's Wyatt, Louis' boyfriend who has anger issue but the funny part is when he says he's angry. He SAYS it, that's all. He would converse in a very normal tone with Louis but THAT'S his angry voice.

MUST WATCH: ONCE UPON A TIME

Once Upon A Time takes place in the fictional town of Storybrooke, Maine, in which the residents are actually characters from various fairy tales that were transported to the "real world" town by a powerful curse. Its only hope lies with a bail bondswoman, Emma Swan, who was transported from the fairy tale world before she could be cursed. As such, she is the only person who can break the curse and restore the characters' lost memories, aided by her son, Henry, who has a book of fairy tales that holds the key to ending the curse.

Each episode focuses on a character back story. One segment details their life in the fairy tale world that, when serialized, adds a piece to the puzzle about the characters and their connection to the events that preceded the curse and its consequences. The other, set in the present day, follows a similar pattern with a different outcome but also offers similar insights.

You will never look at your favorite fairytale character the same again. The series is currently in it's second season.

THE CURSE

Season 1 focused on the cursed which was unleashed by the Evil Queen, Regina. Regina is Snow White's stepmother and on Snow and Prince Charming's wedding day, Regina came to announce that she will cast a curse on everyone and take away all their love so that she is the only one with a happy ending. Many of the fairy tale characters are transported to Storybrooke where most of them are stripped of their true identities and memories of their previous lives. By the end of Season 1, the curse was lifted by Emma and Henry and the residents of Storybrooke gained their memories as fairytale characters back.

MAGIC IS COMING

Season 2 kick-start with a purple cloud sweeping through the town of Storybrooke and some of the residents gained back their powers, such as Rumpelstiltskin while Regina struggled to gain back her powers like what Rumpel said 'magic works in a different way here in Storybrooke'.

With new characters such as Mulan, Princess Aurora, Captain Hook and many others joining season 2, the series is about to get even more interesting. Plus, it gets your brain cracking on who is who.

GOSSIP GIRL - Season 6 Premiere; Gone Maybe Gone

Greetings, TV addicts. Word has it that the Upper-East Side is missing a Van Der Woodsen. A Serena Van Der Woodsen. Where did S went all summer while we were crying over Blair and Chuck's complicated relationship? S was last seen boarding a plane to somewhere with a pill to pop.

We'll keep things short with Gossip Girl's premiere as there were too many dramas and still so many questions unanswered. So Blair and Chuck got together but they did not spend time over the summer? Instead, they didn't even see each other at all (presumably) and that makes Lonely Boy, Dan Humphrey very, very upset. Dan told Blair that she could have had someone who loves her and be by her side unconditionally but instead, she went for Chuck. Oh, Lonely Boy...we all know that the stars and moon are all aligned for "Chair" and someone ought to give you a haircut.

So the Upper-East Side's gang decided to go on a Serena Hunt, through Nate's info-exchange between Gossip Girl herself. Nate's got a tape that shows GG scavenging through their stuffs in the previous season which could very well lead to unmasking GG. The gang finds S in a secluded place with what seems to look like...a wedding and S is in an all white dress. Could it be that S found her happily-ever after? Unfortunately, no. Not yet. S was with her Prince Charming, Steven (played by 7th Heaven's Barry Watson) in a gay wedding. Wedding got ruined by none other than Queen B herself by stating how S shouldn't get married and that she's currently living a lie. Incase you haven't found out, S is now Sabrina. You know how rich people are. Changing their names for the sake of being too famous.

Spotted: S with a new 'accessory'?

One thing that most of GG's fans are looking forward to is Georgina Sparks' (Michelle Trachtenberg) return as a regular cast for this final season. We all love a little 'spark' in GG and Georgina couldn't come in a better season. Is she set to go all out on S and B or does she have some other agenda? Why did the group even accepted Georgina into the group so easily? We love ourselves some Dan-Slapping moments. Yeap, Lonely Boy got slapped by S and B. I myself put that particular scene on repeat so many times that in my mind, Dan Humphrey's got a swollen face.

Once a party-crasher, always a party-crasher

Moving on to Ivy, what is her plan in this season? Seems like Ivy is very, very close to Rufus Humphrey and by the end of the season finale premiere, Rufus got 'tangled' in some Ivy and guess who walked in on them? Lonely Boy.

VAMPIRE DIARIES - Season 4 Premiere; Growing Pains

To say that everybody was overly excited with the season 4 premiere of Vampire Diaries is an understatement but to say that it is an amazing episode would also be an understatement.

The premiere started with Elena (Nina Dobrev) asking Stefan (Paul Wesley) if she's dead. Elena, yes you are. You are very dead and will be an undead if you made it through the transition a.k.a feed, else you'll be back to being dead.

ELENA, THE WHINY VAMPRESS-TO-BE
The fourth season first episode picks up directly the next morning after Matt (Zach Roerig) and Elena went off the Wickery Bridge with Ms. Gilbert asking Stefan to save Matt first. Matt was saved but Elena drowned in the murky waters of the river that took her parents' lives. But a-ha! She has Damon's vampire blood in her system due to an earlier injury where Dr. Meredith Fell (Torrey DeVitto) injected the blood. So, we all know what's going to happen but as usual, Elena has to go through denial and asking the Salvatore brothers why didn't they just let her die. Yes, she woke up with both the brothers at her side. We all wish we're in Elena's place instead, no?

Next we see Elena having some major transition headache since all senses are heighten once you're a vamp so Elena's going through all of that while crying "I don't want to be. I can't be a vampire!" You feed or you die, that's how Damon (Ian Somerhalder) sums it up and we all know that. So Elena should really just feed and stop being in denial. Yes, you will die if somebody decides to stake you in the heart but then again, who doesn't?


DARK JUJU 
Elsewhere in Witch-Land, Bonnie (Kat Graham) thinks she could bring back Elena's spirit same to what she did when Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) when K.O. We all know that's impossible because Bonnie is just a very lame, powerless witch and each time she conjure up some spell, her nose bleeds or she faints; next comes Gramps or some other witches warning her about the balance of nature. And so they did! Or at least Gramps did. Bonnie's grandmother warned Bonnie in the other-side saying that she should not go around dark magic as there's a price to pay and that Bonnie should not save Elena.

Damon, on the other hand is heartbroken and angry. He hates that Elena chose Stefan, AGAIN. He hates that Stefan saved Matt first upon Elena's request but most of all, he hates Matt with a capital H and takes it out on him whenever he can.


Having been warned by Gramps that she should not attempt to use dark magic again, else there will be a HUGE price to say, Bonnie told Jer that she couldn't do it. Just as she decides not to use any dark juju, the resident OV (Original Vampire), Klaus (Joseph Morgan) walks in, in Tyler's (Michael Trevino) body (not before saving Caroline from the town council and making out with her until she realized that he's not Tyler). OV Klaus demands Bonnie to send him back into his own body else, he will rip out Tyler's heart and that means no werewolf sex for Caroline. Left with no other option, Bonnie used her dark juju to restore Klaus into his own body and a price had to be paid. The price was Bonnie's gramps going all dark-veiny and shouting. Wait, can the dead...die again?

Looks like Klaus got what he wanted. A 1-on-1 session with Caroline.

VAMPIRE EXTERMINATION MISSION

Speaking of the town council, Pastor Young is now in-charge and he is out on a Vampire Extermination Mission. First he flat out fires Dr. Meredith saying that Alaric Saltzman told them everything, then he vervained Caroline (Candice Accola) and Rebekah (Claire Holts) but Car was saved by Klaus and bad OV Klaus left sister OV behind, resulting in Rebekah very furious and destroy several of brother OV's doppelganger blood supply for his army of hybrids; Klaus later snaps Rebekah's neck. Ouch, talk about tough love.

OV, Rebekah isn't too happy with Klaus.

Back at the farm, a (compelled?) Pastor Young passes out vervain to the rest of the Founder’s Council members. He locks the door and opens the gas valve on the stove. “Friends, we are the beginning,” he says. Then, before the council members figure out his suicidal tendencies, Pastor Young takes out his lighter, flips the lid, and blows a quarter of the Mystic Falls’ adult population off the map. So are they coming back as spirits to continue the Vampire Extermination Mission?
